Update filter attributes and observe the effect they have on the entity

To note: this filter performs adaptive, edge-aware Richardson–Lucy deconvolution in OKLab color space, intelligently sharpening image detail while preserving smooth areas and respecting transparency. As such, it performs heavy computation and will run slower than other filters. Use sparingly!
